Roads are MALE. They know where they're going even if nobody else is too sure. Beeeautiful pictures. That's how I always think of Sweden -empty roads, clean air and water. Looking forward to seeing it again. Mike.
Crowbard and M&A, you've lost me with all your highway personification. I shall now have to go away and think.
Pat, I have only been to Canada once, for a brief stop-over, but it certainly felt just like being in Sweden.
4D, I knew there was something not quite right! Actually the beer here's not so bad and not as expensive as you'd think, unlike the vodka which is, even though it's made here.

Roads are female! You may follow them but they can't be led!

Know what you mean Mike, I always used to enjoy driving home after a Christmas visit with no interlopers trespassing on MY roads.
