Only two months behind!
Two months ago during the Easter break, we took the night train to Stockholm. Strawbs took the top bunk while Miss T tried hard not to stick her head out of the window.

We had a picnic breakfast next to the palace and watched the changing of the guards in the early morning sun,
before heading for London...

It's 2 months exactly, M+A. We arrived back in Stockholm on the King's birthday, Valborg, the last day of April.

You're right Pat, the light here does have a golden quality to it. Maybe it has something to do with the sun always being relatively low in the sky?
