Passing a shop-window in the Old Town in Stockholm I noticed the largest "ship in a bottle" I had ever seen, except it was a weaving loom on 3 different levels with china-headed dolls on each level.
Two days later in Trafalgar Square my record was broken by several yards.

It must be reassuring to Admiral Lord Nelson, who has been marooned on his collumn all these years, to see even a bottled ship apparently sailing towards him.
What a splendid coincidence.
I have a horrible feeling that poor Horatio had his back to it, sorry Pa.
It was, Pat, and I have always found them fascinating. I have one that my father made when he was a teenager.
Hi Nea. I'm glad you still have it. If it's the one I think it is (and I only ever bottled about three of them), I made it for your Mama when we were in our teens.
Warm regards, Pa.
Please ignore last comment Ruth. I've just checked and Granny still has that one. I think the one you have must be the one I gave to Pa Clayton for his 50th birthday. I think I made it when I was about fourteen. Is it a two masted vessel in a very old bottle? Sorry to mislead you.
Love, Pa.
It does have two masts, i'm not sure about the age of the bottle, it looks fairly old.
