Yes, I see what you mean about Malmo. It reminds me very much of parts of Denmark, especially Funen (not sure if I've spelled that right- I mean the Middle Island). I know I should be spelling Danish names with umlauts(?) and things, but please excuse my machine; it is very John Bull and doesn't do foreign accents. When we next come across to Sweden we must make a slight detour and have a look at Malmo. It's not too far from Denmark, which I suppose is why the architecture looks so similar? I look forward to making its better aquaintance. Love to all, Mike and Ann.
I'm sure she was born with them wide open. They lifted her out and up into my arms and she looked straight into my eyes. She still doesn't like closing them! When she was 4 months old she made her first trip to England. An elderly lady passed by and they caught each others eyes. The lady spoke to her and told her she was an "old soul", it was the first time I had heard the expression. Looking into these eyes I sometimes think she may have been right.

M&A, the whole of Malmö doesn't look like this, but the old town part, even in mid winter was well worth a look.
