I took these the weekend before last. There was still some snow on the ground but it was sunny and 25C so the summer clothes came out and the girls had races bare foot in the snow. Miss T's summer skirt was my favourite one, when I was the same age, some 30 odd years ago.

Good to see them. They're looking well. I remember that skirt. You always looked well in it. So does Miss T. Hasn't it worn well. And Strawberry looks really good in her riding gear.

Both the skirt and the riding gear are thanks to granny: she sewed the skirt for me 32 years ago and bought the top for Strawberry last year.
Lovely to hear the snow is warm enough now to run through it bare-foot.
If we had any snow left I'd dash outside and try it myself!
