I think the singer pronounces the normally silent aspirate in 'Hunderneath' and the song continues... 'e walked the Bloomin' Tower... (pronounced Blummin' Taaah); refering politely to one of the more colourfully historic parts of the Tower of London.
...way back in August, when bears weren't so scarce. Now they're in season.
